Have you ever had a time in your life when you are supposed to speak about something or give some kind of advice and you realize you have absolutely nothing to say?  That's kind of how I feel right now.  As I am typing right now I have no idea where this is going so I'll just try to be honest.  Usually on these posts I write about things that are coming out of my own quiet time or something related to our worship service but nothing has really inspired me this week.  I've had my quiet times and personal worship times but it's one of those weeks where I haven't been inspired about what to share with you.
I think a lot of times we freak out about times when we are doing everything we're supposed to do: read our Bible, pray, personal worship and we don't feel like God is moving or speaking to us.  I think times like this are okay.  Sometimes He just wants us to keep doing what we're doing, be patient and wait on Him.  Psalm 46:10a says;

   "Be still, and know that I am God."

There are times when God just wants us to be still and wait on Him.  He may be preparing us individually for something or preparing the way for us and all He wants us to do is wait.  It's not easy but His word tells that He's God, not us, and we just need to be still and wait for Him.
