Hello Linda I'm back. Right lets see how you do this now (inserting pics into posts) you know what it's like sis , things you actomaticaly do because you've done it for so long, but , when you try and explain how to do something to some one else 
lol.
Any way sis here goes bare with me
Look above where you are writing your post (see the smiley icon etc) see what looks like a pencil stuck into a mountain (sorry cfaith that's what it looks like to me lol) well that's the icon I use , click on that icon and it will open up a box, you see where it says upload click on that , and for me it opens up to my pictures , that allows me to click on the picture I want to upload then click on open . Wait a few seconds and a message will come up to either say -your picture as been loaded successfully or it could say the picture you have chosen is to large which is not normally the case because you can upload pics etc up to 1600x1200pixcels which is quite large. Once it says uploaded successfully click the insert button and that's it , if however you think your picture looks to big in your post message if you click on the picture see the white small squares that are now showing well you can shrink your picture to the size you want by moving those until you have the desired effect. What I found when I started inserting pics was I needed to alter my screen resolution by going into the control panel of the computer (click on display once your in there , then settings and I set our's at 1024 by 768 pixcels , I found I needed to do this other wise the screen wasn't big enough for me to see the insert button which was necessary , other wise I wouldn't have been able to get any pictures into my posts.
