    Hi Dee,

We are not going to Great Lakes but did attend Southwest Believers Convention last week. It was an awesome experience! The Lord spoke to me about many things in my life while I was hearing the Word.

    Re: GREAT LAKES BELIEVER'S CONVENTION

    Hi Stilllearning,

I listened last week, and actually, I'm listening now.  We've gone to the Southwest Convention several times in the past, but I've been really wanting to get to the one in the Great Lakes since they began holding them.  I too am expecting the Lord to speak to me about many things.  What Brother Copeland taught on the seed was outstanding and I finally got revelation about why we eat but our bodies are not recognizing what we put in it.

We're in New Jersey so we'll be driving up...leaving tomorrow afternoon, Praise God.  Keep listening and feeding on that Word.

    Blessings,
    Dee

Oh, sooo glad, I checked in today.  I totally forgot about the convention.  I'm going to be in the internet audience.  I went two years ago to the Great Lakes with some friends.

    Re: GREAT LAKES BELIEVER'S CONVENTION

Wow!  I came to ask if anyone here was attending this convention online.  I am and my how my mind is being transformed!  I AM A MILLIONAIRE!  I have heard the story of the fish in the tank who was eating all the other fish until a divider was put between him and the little fish so that he could no longer get to the little fish and after a while, he stopped trying. I've heard this story told so many times since I was little.  I finally heard the end at this convention.  When they put more little fish in, the big fish wouldn't eat them. Even when they began to swim all around him, because he had been "programmed" to understand that he couldn't get to them.  Well, we live in a $ trillion economy.  Why are people broke?  Because we've been "programmed"  to think "scarcity".  I've been receiving revelation after revelation after revelation and part of it is the people in Wisconsin.  They just sit there!  You know how some people begin to stir when the preacher is reading "too many " scriptures and then he starts apologizing for "going to all these scriptures, but..." he usually says, " I have to establish some foundation" and he isn't allowed to go as far as he would if they were hungry.  The people in Wisconsin do not move and so the word can "FLOW"! Glory!  If you haven't been there online, PLEASE GO!  God Bless You!  Good to see you dee!

    Re: GREAT LAKES BELIEVER'S CONVENTION

    Hi Dee!

We attended the conference in Milwaukee last week. It was awesome! I wish we could have met you in person. I thought about checking into CFAITH before we left but I didn't get a chance. We took a ferry across Lake Michigan Tuesday morning and came back on Saturday. Were you there for the impartation from Jerry Savelle? Having him personally lay hands on us was worth the trip alone. But the other parts were just as exciting. I love learning from Bill and Creflo. There was also a point on Wednesday night when I really thought we were going to be raptured. It was after Phil Driscoll was singing and Kenneth came up to speak. I thought for sure he was going to say something like God is going to call us home tonight. I have never had such a feeling before. I look forward to pouring back over my notes and listening to all of the CD's we bought!

Look forward to hearing your thoughts,
    Christy

    Re: GREAT LAKES BELIEVER'S CONVENTION

    Hi Christy!

I knew that someone had attended last year but I couldn't remember who it was.  The conference was absolutely outstanding.  We did not make the Wednesday night service and we left after Saturday morning healing school to drive back to New Jersey, but what was imparted into us was exceedingly above all that I could ask or think.  The Lord brought us through so many obstacles in order to impart what we need for this next step.

This was not our first conference, but I believe that this one will turn out to be the most significant in terms of the level of change in our lives.  The Lord also laid it on my heart to take our 6 year old granddaughter Zoe to the conference and the Lord had me stand in faith that she would receiving the gift of tongues.  When we picked her up on Saturday, as we were leaving, she said, Nana, I speak in tongues.

I keep reading and speaking the words that Dr. Savelle spoke over and over again.  I don't know if you got the DVD's but if you go online and watch the video Larry and I are at 1:01:39-41 receiving from Dr. Savelle.  We were towards the very end of the session and I'm wearing a blue t-shirt and Larry also has on a blue shirt.

Interestingly enough, the Lord broke the bondage of that poverty spirit off of me during my Pastor's session.  The interesting part was that I've sat under this man every week for 4 years, and during a trip that we drove approximately 1690 miles, God used this same man to minister deeply to some issues in my life that I've struggled with for far too long.

I've been going over my notes also and will continue to read and reread as Jerry was speaking about on Friday during his last session.  I will get the MP3's at a later time, but I've downloaded all of this year's conferences and I've been listening over and over again.  The only CD series we did purchase was Dominating Time by Bill Winston.

The infilling of Zoe with the Spirit of God and yes, the impartation from Jerry Savelle on Thursday morning and what Pastor spoke on Thursday afternoon made this conference one of the most outstanding conferences we've ever attended.

I'm so glad that I was not the only one in attendance.

    Love,
    Dee

    Re: GREAT LAKES BELIEVER'S CONVENTION

    Hi Cindy and Super6,

I'm so glad that you both were part of this outstanding conference via the Internet.  As Bill Winston said, there were some great nuggets dropped throughout this entire week and I will be going over my notes again and again and again and continuing to veto everything in my life that is not sent from God.

I received so much from every speaker, and I will continue to feed on the words imparted into my spirit this week.

    FLOW!

    Blessings,
    Dee

What a great time we had listening together to the Word and the worship.  It filled my house!  I missed a couple of the services but I hope to go back and listen in the coming weeks.  I'm looking forward to the Days of Refreshing now!
